Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Smart lock door codes will be provided for contactless check-in and check-out.
  • Self check-in/check-out is available.
  • While we offer some flexibility with check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings, guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.

Property Access

  • Situated directly on the High Ridge Ski Trail for slopeside access.
  • Guests can ski back home via the Highridge Trail by taking the right-side trail from Snowshed, eliminating the need for the shuttle on the return trip.
  • For safety and security, there are exterior cameras on the property capable of recording at all times. There are no cameras in any living areas.

Policies and Rules

  • Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement.
  • Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Overoccupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines.
  • Minimum Rental Age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No smoking allowed. The entire home is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
  • Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
  • The property may use Minut, a smart home device that monitors noise levels. Minut is required for this property.
  • Fireworks are not permitted at this property.
  • Parties and events are not allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Hot Tub: The hot tub is included for peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). For all other periods, there is an optional $195 setup fee.
  • Pets: This property is pet friendly with the payment of our non-refundable pet fee per dog. Maximum of 99 pets allowed.
  • A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
  • Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.

  • Free parking is available on the property.

  • High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
  • Eight flat-panel HDTVs with premium cable programming.
  • Hot tub use is at your own risk. Special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub and hold owner and property manager harmless.

  • Air conditioning in the master bedroom and fans available throughout the home.
  • Pool table available.
  • Kitchen includes cooking basics, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and basic dishes & silverware.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • For safety and security, there are exterior cameras on the property capable of recording at all times. There are no cameras in any living areas.
  • Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are present.
  • The property may use Minut, a smart home device that monitors noise levels to address disturbances.
  • The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.
  • Winter weather can be unpredictable. Refunds are not offered due to weather or ski trail conditions. All-wheel drive and winter tires are strongly recommended. Purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen events is recommended.

Shuttle Service & Ski Access

  • Private shuttle runs three trips in the morning from the house to the lifts and two trips in the afternoon from the lifts back to the house during ski days, starting with Christmas Week reservations.
  • Guests can also ski back home via the Highridge Trail by taking the right-side trail from Snowshed, eliminating the need for the shuttle on the return trip.

Other Critical Information

  • Maximum guest occupancy is 12.
  • Maximum of 99 pets allowed, with payment of a non-refundable pet fee per dog.
